Marissa Warren is humbled to be the founder of Confidence In Your Shine Outreach Ministry, Inc., Treasurer, and Administrative Assistant for We Stand 4 Something, Inc., and Office Administrator for Parks & Recreation.  She is a newlywed to her loving devoted husband Warren, a mother of three young adult daughters, and grandmother of two grandsons.  Since her youth she has had a passion for helping others meet their needs, speaking up for them when they are unable to articulate for themselves, and impacting their lives for Jesus to be seen through her actions, as her purpose is to pass on wisdom, knowledge and her skills.  She lives by these core principles of life…” always stand on the truth”, “say what you mean and mean what you say”, “if you say you are going to do something, do it”, “every one's time is valuable, so be on time” and “most of all treat people how you want to be treated with dignity, respect and love”.

Isiah Arvin has the honor and privilege to be entrusted with the legacy of Falens M. Bruno, as founder of The Falens Project, Inc.  She has worked with children for over 20 years and currently serves as a special needs teacher in an elementary school.  She is a former teacher’s assistant for Southern West Chester Board Of Cooperative  Educational Services (SWBOCES), an Assistant Site Director for the city of White Plains Youth Burrough and currently pursuing her masters in Special Education. In her free time she enjoys; traveling, spending time with her family, reading and sharing knowledge.
